Dancing Water 'Georgie' Rosé 2023, North Canterbury

Onion skin hues with a light peach colour lead to a bouquet and palate of fresh peach and rose watermelon flavours. A touch of quince and apricot stone are framed by acidity and avery fine fruit tannins. A clay mineral quality adds depth. Balanced and well made with a salivating mouthfeel. Best from 2024 through end of summer 2026.
