Deep hues of onion skin and salmon lead to a bouquet of peaches and raspberries, red apple skin and a flinty mineral quality. Crisp and dry, natural flavours of fresh strawberry and apple, some light citrus highlights then cherry and stony soils. Fine tannins with a mealy chalky acid line. Well made, fresh and delicious. Best drinking from 2024 through 2027.
