Dancing Water Pinot Noir Blanc 2023, North Canterbury

A pale onion skin hues appearance leads to a bouquet and palate of red and yellow apple, a lick of quince and honeysuckle then a light clay soil quality. A satin touch on the palate with contrasting acidity and mineralied lees frame. Fresh, dry on the finish with persistent fruit flavours. Well made and ready to drink from 2024 through end of summer 2026.
