A delicious bouquet of sweet grapefruit and apple, a deep core of autolysis then scent of peach and white apricot. A bouquet of finesse and charm. Excellent on the palate, very dry, chalky & biscuity, textured and delicious. The mousse is fine and persistent, acidity high and flavours of reflect the citrus qualities suggested in the bouquet with a white strawberry quality mid-palate.
