Delicious, a specific expression of the variety with a fine pure mineral centric bouquet showcasing fresh pacific rose apple and lemon scents, a soft gentle herbaceous layer with fresh green basil then white peach. Equally pure and fresh as the wine touches the palate. Flavours of ripe white fleshed fruits and citrus, apple and fresh green herbs. Pristine acid line and lengthy finish. A complete wine with a fine lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2023 through 2028.
