Greystone 'Organic' Chardonnay 2019, Waipara Valley, North Canterbury

Fantastic bouquet with aromas of a complex and detailed expression. Aromas and flavours of pure white and yellow fleshed stone fruits, citrus, apple, lees and a chalky limestone minerality. On the palate the wine has a detailed texture from acidity and fruit spice, careful use of barrel and plenty of lees autolysis. Fresh cashew nut and oyster shell, apple blossoms and white peach flavours. Lengthy finish leaves me wanting the whole bottle to my self. Drink now and through 2025+
