Fragrant, floral, fruity, varietal and very inviting delicately scented bouquet. Aromas and flavours of sweet red plums, cherries, raspberries and cooked rhubarb. It’s also floral and spicy with layers of wood and fine stony minerality. Plenty of tannins with a fine grained texture contrast the core of fruit with plenty of acidity and gently warming alcohol carrying flavours and textures throughout the palate. Well made, lengthy and ready to drink upon purchase and through 2026.
