Ceres 'Composition' Pinot Noir 2018, Bannockburn, Central Otago

Really lovely bouquet filled with flowers and scents of light red berry fruits, finely-tuned selection of oak, mineral and fresh porcini. On the palate - dry, textured, fruity and loaded with pinosity. Flavours of red berries, dried herb and layered savoury complexity are contrasted by the fruit and sweetness of wood and barrel spices. This wine will continue to age and integrate finding harmony at around 6 years. Best drinking from late 2021 through 2028+.
