Plump, fresh fruit aromas of red berries and plum, a fine mineral layer, whisper of salty air, peach, red apple and youthful energy. Flavours on the palate mirror the bouquet with a satin texture, core of fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet and refreshing acid line. The mineral note remains throughout the palate and tasting as does the light red berry flavours and pinch of pizazz on the finish. Best drinking from day of purchase and through end of summer 2023.
