Aromas of yellow fruits from grapefruit to peach, then apple. A layer of fresh raw cashew nut, toastiness and caramel reflect the use of oak. A touch of raw sugar and vanilla complete the bouquet. On the palate - fresh, youthful, tense and fruity. Flavours reflect the nose with yellow orchard fruits and citrus then a swing back to flavours of oak. Fine wood tannins, medium+ acidity and lengthy fresh finish. Balanced and well made. Best drinking from 2021 through 2025.
