Bodvár No8 Rosé 2018, Vin de Provence

Darker onion skin hued appearance, very bright with aromas of peach and red skinned apple, quite delicate with an apricot rose scent and quiet aromas of granite and mineral. On the palate - flavours reflect the nose with a little more emphasis on the mineral before the fruit flavours return - red apple and peach especially; there’s a touch of morello cherry and plum. A dry wine with a balanced, crisp and even finish. Well made with best drinking from today and through 2022.
