Made with Grenache, Cinsault & Syrah - the nose and palate of this wine is everything it should be from traditional onion skin or apricot hues to aromas of peach tea and apricot, sweet red apple and flowers. On the palate - crisp, fresh, fruity, refreshing and dry. The acidity contrasts the core of fruit, there’s just a whisper of saltiness and super fine skin tannins adding a touch of texture. Balanced finish, medium length, well made. Best drinking from today through 2023.
