Made with a 50/50 blend of Syrah and Grenache and Bio-dynamic this wine boasts aromas of pepper and plums, leather and preserved cherry, some old violet then sweet meat notes. Earthy and mildly oaky - the bouquet is simple, but attractive. On the palate - earthy then fruity with dusty soil notes then plums and brown spices, some white pepper. Very easy tannin and acidity combination - meaning very easy to assimilate into the palate - no work required. Balanced and well made, ready to enjoy from today and through 2021.
