Ripe, fresh, fruity, savoury and calm bouquet. Aromas of plum and cherry, some stony mineral soil notes then dusty brown spices of oak. On the palate - flavours of plum and brown spices then textures of wood and fruit tannins with a firm grip at first, but then they release with some fruit power. Acidity adds a youthful element to the structure then flavours of red fruits and toasty wood spices return. Balanced, well made and ready to enjoy. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
