An inviting bouquet of Gris with immediately recognisable aromas of sweet brown pear and yellow apple, Nashi (Asian) pears and a whisper of ginger spice. On the palate - off dry with a just whipped cream texture coated in silk with a core of fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet, a touch of white spice and soft leesy yeasty flavours. Balanced and well made with a core of ripe fresh white fleshed fruits. Great drinking on its own or with food. Ideal drinking from today and through 2021.
