This Rosé is a blend of Syrah, Merlot and a small portion of Pinot Gris. Aromas and flavours showcase white spice and white raspberry, red plum and pear, red apple and rose. The palate is fresh, crunchy, quite pure, well balanced and delicious. Acidity is medium+, weight is medium. There’s a super fine chalky mineral texture adding length. Flavours of peach tea and raspberry, red apple skin, white raspberry and roses. The wine finishes as it begins - fresh, harmonised and ready to enjoy. Balanced and well made with best drinking from today and through Summer 2022.
