Immediately fragrant with a floral and fruity bouquet, aromas of apple blossom, red and green apple, lemon and a whisper of green mandarin. An off-dry style with some immediate sweetness which is contrasted by a acidity which is both refreshing and electric. Flavours of green apple and citrus dominate with a steely mineral layer giving depth and contrast. Balanced and well made with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from today and through 2025.
