An enticing bouquet with honeysuckle, red apple, pear and preserved lemon aromas. An off-dry style on the palate with some residual sweetness, immediately contrasting acidity and a soft and creamy texture. flavours of white orchard fruits, some lime-flower and citrus. A lovely example - delicious as an aperitif of with slightly spicy fare. Best drinking from today and through 2024.
