Aromas of spice and white fleshed fruits, an exotic, pure and floral complexity, part of the aroma reminds me of hefeweizen. Overall a precise and complex bouquet. On the palate - delicious, crunchy, fresh, fruity, textured and dry. Flavours reflect the nose with white fleshed fruits of pear and apple, flowers and spice, a touch of the yeasty white beer note, mineral and some nice phenolic action on the back palate. Best drinking upon release and through 2024.
