Plush, ripe, floral and fruity bouquet with strong varietal aromas of sweet hay and citrus then green apple, soft barrel spices and a savoury stony mineral core. Just dry as the wine hits the palate, soft rounded satin texture, plenty of acidity and freshness and flavours that reflect the nose. Herbs and sweet hay, apple and citrus peel, some tropical fruits and sweet flowers. Balanced and well made. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
