Rockburn Pinot Gris 2019, Central Otago

Varietal, ripe, fleshy and fruity bouquet with layers of pears and a leesy spice, apple and a whisper of wood spice, crushed rock mineral note and white flower. On the palate - just dry on the palate with a satin texture, lively acid line, flavours of lychee, white pear and apple then a whisper of ginger and fragrant spices. Balanced and well made, totally approachable today and through 2022.
