Fragrant, varietal, fruity and attractive bouquet. A mix of plum and raspberry, some red cherry then smoky oak aromas. On the palate - tart red cherry and plum flavours at first, medium+ acidity highlights the tannins which are firm, youthful, slightly chalky adding structure and length. A dry wine on the finish with some bottle-development still to undergo. Ready to drink from today if decanted with best drinking from late 2020 through 2024. This is a lighter weighted example driven by flavours of red stone fruits and mild oak.
