Scout Pinot X Pinot 2019, South Island

Made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Gris this wine shows off aromas and flavours of ripe sweet raspberry, an array of cherries and plums with a gentle layer of baking spice and red flowers. With a slightly unfiltered look the texture matches this technique by offering a fine dusty/chalky layer. Medium+ acidity, floral, fruity and delicious. Balanced and well made, drink now and through 2021.
