A rose wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, bottled fermented with aromas and flavours of lightly toasted bread, white fleshed fruits, a touch of strawberry and pacific rose apple. A dry wine with a core of freshness with flavours that reflect the nose plus citrus peel and a mild yeasty autolysis. Chunky texture with a firm mousse. Balanced and ready, drink now and through 2020.
