An enticing bouquet with aromas of ripe red berry fruits and dried herb layered between scents of oak and toasty wood spices, a dark rose and earthy quality. On the palate - equally enticing with a core of pinosity centering on red berry and plum, dark florals and savoury undertones. Layers of oak and baking spices adding depth and complexity. Firm youthful tannins with a chalk-like texture, plenty of acidity and overall solid structure. Lengthy, detailed and dry finish. Decant for service - slightly cooler than you might ordinarily prepare a Pinot Noir - and enjoy from today and through 2026.
