Bold, distinctive, nutty, oaky, fruity, spicy, toasty - a high volume bouquet. Layered and complex. Full-bodied dry white wine packed with flavours of oak spice and toasted wood, baked yellow fruits and Brazil nut, cashew butter and wood tannins. With medium+ acidity, big shoulders and weighty creamy palate there’s no mistaking the impact this wine has. Long sustained finish. Drinkable now, great with well chosen menu items and totally cellar-able. Best from late 2020 through 2026.
