Wooing Tree Beetlejuice Pinot Noir 2018, Central Otago

Very bright and fruity bouquet bursting with aromas of fresh cherry and pomegranate, raspberry and rose. a lifted whole berry scent of bubble-gum adds a fleshy fruity layer and youthful charm. Varietal, plump, fresh, fleshy and fruity on the palate. Firm youthful tannins and acidity contrast, but remind also that Pinot Noir does need time to settle, relax and start maturing - this wine is just beginning. Chalky tannins, medium+ acidity, vibrant and youthful with a fairly lengthy finish. Drink from 2020 through 2023.
