Grove Mill Pinot Gris 2019, Marlborough

Plump, fleshy, fruity & varietal with fresh green pear and apple, some lemon and a floral note. Spicy. Loads of personality on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose plus spices, warming alcohol, medium+ acidity and a natural tension which holds the flavours well. Lovely texture with a soft satin like feel. The finish is lengthy with with a twist of citrus, flowers then a swing back to pears and apples. Well made, drinking best from today and through 2021.
