Recently, I had the opportunity to join Esk Valley winemaker Gordon Russel to taste through 12 back vintages of the Terraces red blend from Hawkes Bay including the first release, fantastic 1998 and current release. After tasting through these wine Gordon and I sat down and chatted a little about him, how he became a winemaker and his love for fine wine. Thank you Gordon.
