Wild Grace Pinot Noir 2023, Central Otago

Aromas and flavours of plums and black cherry, there’s a savoury dried herb quality, hay and a rugged rock landscape idea. Some use of wood and lees adds complexity to a youthful expression. Tannins are firm with a light polish, acidity sets the backbone of the wine in place and carries the flavours of red berries and plum well. A youthful wine still with best drinking from late 2026 through 2029.
