A great bouquet with complexity and varietal signatures, spice and wood smoke, earthy with a dry clay and stony quality. Aromas and flavours of dark plums and black cherry skin, there’s a fleshy core of fruit framed by firm tannins and acidity, a youthful squeeze and polish. A dry wine with warming alcohol and, spice and core fruit flavours of dark berries and plums. Well made, lengthy and decent complexity. Best drinking from 2027 through 2035+.
