Complex, developing, varietal and enticing bouquet of dried herbs and plums, there’s a savoury quality then red cherry and spice. Dry, salivating a rather delicious on the palate. Flavours of bracken and dried herbs, desiccated cherry flesh and red fruit compote then baking spice of vanilla and clove reflecting the bouquet and region. Fine through firm-ish tannins and acidity frame the palate and confirm the WT style. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
