Wooing Tree Beetle Juice Pinot Noir 2023, Central Otago

A classic Otago bouquet of savoury dried herb laced red berry fruits. Cherry and plum then a clay stony earth quality. More is revealed on the palate with layers of wood spice and dried herb, still savoury and fruity with flavours that reflect the bouquet. Medium tannin effect with a decent acid line together framing a palate of texture and length. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
