Ripe, complex and distinctive bouquet with scents of ripe peach and lemon peel, cashew and apple. the spices from barrel and fermenting fruit adds a layer of complexity and intrigue. On the palate a dry, fuller-bodied expression with layers of textures first then fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet,. There’s some firmness with tannins and acidity engaging the palate senses first, then core fruit flavours layer in. Well made and need time to settle more with best drinking from early 2026 through 2030+.
