Elephant Hill Tempranillo Rosé 2024, Hawkes Bay

Great colour and polished appearance leads to a bout of tamarillo and raspberry, some red tea then a mineral quality suggesting crumbled stone. Delicious and dry on the palate with flavours of red berries and red tree fruits, tannins and acidity make an impact with texture and crispness. A lovely example in a dry aperitif style, though also great with myriad food options. Best drinking from day of purchase through end of summer 2027.
