Fabulous colour and bouquet, a wine with a specific scent package and texture impact. Aromas of complexity from bottle age and time on lees framed by soft barrel spices. Baked peach and apple, grapefruit peel and a touch of quince and fig suggested. Full-bodied in flavour and texture with spices and phenolics leading in texture then fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029. An excellent example and interpretation.
