A bouquet and palate of ripe red berry fruit, dark cherry and Doris plums, there’s a fine savoury dried herb quality layering in complexity, and breadth on the palate. Dry, taut, fruity, varietal and new with vibrant textures from tannins and acidity. Core red fruit flavours are persistent and the acidity carries a touch of saline effect adding to the juicy and fleshy finish. Best drinking from late 2025 through 2030.
