Ruru Chardonnay 2023, Central Otago

A lovely bouquet and palate with a satin texture, flavours of white fleshed orchard fruits, lemon and white peach, there’s a fine lees and wood tannins texture adding mouthfeel and weight. The core fruit flavours are persistent carried seamlessly through the palate by acidity and alcohol. Lengthy, balanced and well made with best drinking as an aperitif style from late 2024 through 2029.
