Great colour density with youthful purple and ruby hues. Aromas of black cherry and blue fruits lead the bouquet with baking spices and chocolate along with a dark clay earthy quality. On the palate, a dry wine with an immediate exuberance of fruit flavours, dark berries and cherry, a lick of sour cherry and spice. Tannins are polished, fine and easy on the palate, plenty of acidity for freshness and style. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase, though best from 2026 through 2030+.
