Elephant Hill Sparkling Rosé NV, Hawke's Bay

Very bright and fruity, strawberries and plums in the bouquet with a light lees quality. Fleshy, fruity and crunchy textures on the palate, the mousse is bold and fresh, fine lees are at a minimum and a light tannins texture from the fruit adds mouthfeel and appeal. Ready, balanced and well made. Drink from day of purchase through end of summer 2026.
