Complex, varietal and enticing, smoke and flint, a mix of light and dark red berries, flint and mineral. This completeness in the bouquet translates to the palate with a youthful energy, tautness and developing style. Some grippy tannins are accentuated by the acid line, easily contrasted by the core fruit flavours, yet a wine that boasts its need to develop more before it’s ready to drink. Well made, just youthful still, best drinking from 2027 through 2034+.
