Yalumba Galway Vintage Shiraz 2022, Barossa

The bouquet is rich in scents of ripe dark berries, cranberry and raspberry then a granitic earthy quality followed by red licorice and baking spices. Firm and dry on the palate, flavours reflect the bouquet housed in the acidity and across the palate. Tannins have a light firmness, a low oak expression with a juicy fruited core and balanced even finish. Drinking well now and through 2028+.
