Te Kairanga 'WPF' Pinot Noir 2020, Martinborough

Youthful, ripe bouquet of dark red berry fruits including black currant and red cherry, a toasty barrel layer with wood smoke and baking spices add compexity and power. Youthful, varietal and with pinosity power. at the core. On the palate a dry wine with tannins noticed first then the core fruit flavours of currants and plums then darker cherry notes all add up to a quality Pinot Noir taste profile. Taut and dry, youthful and quite delicious with best drinking from 2025 through 2034+.
