A complex and textured bouquet with scents of grapefruit and limestone chalky mineral suggestions, baked yellow apple, lees and wild flowers. The oak scents layer in structure and spice and the lees add finesse and breadth. Dry, complex and delicious on the palate with texture framing flavours that reflect the bouquet, a naturally higher acid line expands the citrus anf zest-like qualities, oak is present yet layers in quietly and adds in a mix of fine tannins, spice and flavours. Lengthy and deliciouswith best drinking from 2024 through 2030.
