A deep complexity that unfolds slowly and as the wine becomes ambient with scents of dried raspberry and savoury plums, black currant then barrel spices with a complex earthy quality suggesting crumbled stones. As the wine touches the palate textures from tannins and acidity are equal to the intensity of the varietal fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet. This is a wine of synergies and complexities, ripe fruit and a fine savoury quality adding to a long and detailed finish. Well made, lengthy and dry with best drink from as early as 2024 with best drinking from 2028 through 2028.
