Carrick Organic Pinot Blanc 2020, Bannockburn, Central Otago

A lovely wine with a fresh complexity from layers fruit spice and white fleshed fruit flavours of quince and pear, fresh yellow apple and white pepper. Light to moderate in weight accentuated by the alcohol and a whisper of residual for balance. Dry on the finish with highlights of mineral and white fleshed fruits, some Otago dried herb and rugged landscape echoes. Well made and ready to drink from late 2023 through 2027+.
