Earthworks Cabernet Sauvignon 2021, Barossa

A classic bouquet of Cabernet with aromas of ripe black berry and roasted red fleshed fruits, there’s layers of smoky wood and dark clay soils followed by baking spices of clove and powdered vanilla pod. Very nice on the palate with a sweetness of fruit leading to flavours of dark berries and plums, spices and toasty wood flavours that reflect the bouquet. Easy to moderately firm tannins, medium acid line, a balanced and well made wine ready to drink from day of purchase through 2028.
