Taut, youthful, flinty and savoury with dried herbs and toasty barrels spices, wild thyme and cherry flesh, raspberry and roasted cashew nut from new barrel. Layers of polished tannins and medium+ acidity add texture and length on the palate carried on a wave of acidity. Release date end of April, Be quick! Best drinking from 2025 through 2035.
