Ka Tahi Pinot Noir 2021, Hawkes Bay

Fruity, primary and varietal with a bouquet of plums and dark cherries, there’s some wild berry notes and moderately toasty oak wood scents. Youthful. Taut, youthful, fruity, varietal and dry on the palate. The tannins and acidity lay down the foundation and youthful side while the red fruit flavours sit nicely atop. A well made made wine needing cellar time to meld and soften. Best drinking from mid to late 2024 through 2029.
