Aromas and flavours of fresh limes then lemons, there’s a mix of white flowers, mineral and a touch of TDN adding some complexity and intrigue. Crisp, fruity and dry with flavours of apple and lime, some tropical pineapple suggestions, a whisper of herb and fine fruit tannins. Well made, a dry crisp finish. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029.
